Note on Tipula (Pterelachisus) curvistylus Eiroa
Eiroa (1990) described Tipula curvistylus from the same part of Spain, a species we found also in 2012. Dissection of a male in order to make the initial identification allows the inclusion of some additional detail. The outer clasper, or dististyle, viewed from another angle to her figure gives a different appearance in profile ( Figures 1 View FIGURE 1 and 2 View FIGURE 2 ). The opportunity to illustrate the aedeagus has been taken ( Figure 3 View FIGURE 3 ); only the apex can be seen in a figure in Eiroa (1990).
