Supplementary description. Female ( Fig. 1 View FIGURES 1 – 4 ). Similar to males ( Figs. 2 View FIGURES 1 – 4 , 9 View FIGURES 9 – 19 ), but differs in the following characters: eyes less protruding, antennae ( Fig. 10 View FIGURES 9 – 19 ) wider and shorter, antennomeres V −X without grooves; pronotum wider, disc slightly convex; legs with all tarsal claws simple; abdominal sternite VIII ( Fig. 29 View FIGURES 29 – 34 ) with a middle and two lateral emarginations at posterior margin, the middle emargination rounded and distinctly shallower than lateral ones, the portion of posterior margin between middle and lateral emarginations rounded at apex respectively.
Body length: 9.0−11.0 mm; width: 2.1−2.5 mm.
Distribution. China ( Tianjin, Shandong, Henan, Shaanxi, Gansu, Hubei).
Remarks. The aedeagus photos of L. kiontochananus provided by Wittmer (1995) are actually of L. nigrigenus Y. Yang & X. Yang, 2013 . Furthermore, based on the examination of the types and a series of additional specimens including both sexes, L. kejvali Švihla, 2004 is considered to be a junior synonym of L. kiontochananus . Here we follow the description of this species for the male by Švihla (2004), and make a supplementary description for the characters of female different from those of male.
