Materials examined. 1 ♀, Sao La NR, A Luoi District , Thua Thien-Hue Prov., 21-VI-2016, TK leg .; 1 ♀, Bach Ma NP, Thua Thien-Hue Prov., 6-VIII-2016, TK leg .; 1 ♂, Sao La NR, A Luoi District , Thua Thien-Hue Prov., 7-IX- 2016, TK leg .

Notes. This species was described from Bach Ma NP ( Karube 2011) and additionally recorded from Sao La NR ( Karube et al. 2020). It seems to be confined to a small area in Central Vietnam, although it occurs close to the Laotian border and can be expected there. All previous records were from June, which is a month with relatively high collecting activity. The records presented here extend the flight period to at least September. All records are from heavily forested areas. The Bach Ma female was hawking over the road at the top of the reserve at the end of the afternoon. The other two specimens were caught over small streams in the forest during daytime.

Distribution. Endemic to Vietnam (Thua Thien-Hue Prov.).
