Diagnosis. Adult ( Fig. 3 View FIGURES 1 – 8 ) wingspan 24.0–32.0 mm. This species can be distinguished from its congeners by the forewing having a rounded yellow spot on the inner side of the postmedial line below costa. It is similar to O. plangonalis in the male and female genitalia, and the differences between them are stated under O. plangonalis .
Distribution. China (Beijing, Guangxi, Guizhou, Hainan, Hebei, Henan, Hubei, Hunan, Hebei, Jiangsu, Jiangxi, Shanxi, Sichuan, Yunnan, Zhejiang), Japan (Inoue 1955), Korea ( Leech 1889).
