Geographical distribution: Brazil.

Distribution in Brazil: Southeast and South regions (MG, PR, SC) ( Nieser & Polhemus 1999).

Comments: This species was recorded from São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro states by Moreira and Ribeiro (2009). A careful examination of the specimens cited in that study, including male parameres, revealed that specimens from São Paulo were actually representatives of R. modesta , and that from Rio de Janeiro, R. hambletoni . The occurrence of R. sabrina in both states must be therefore unconsidered.
