Geographical distribution: Brazil, Peru and Bolivia.
Comments: this species was recorded from Brazil by Polhemus (1997), but without an indication of a collecting locality. No other references recording the species from the country were found, but considering its general distribution, it is more likely to occur in North and/or Central-West regions.
