Notes:— Based on the close relationship between this species and La. albosquamosus View in CoL and the morphological evidence as revealed by Asif et al. (2024), we transfer this species to Leucoagaricus View in CoL . Sequences from the 5.8S region of the holotype (OQ947837) and paratype (OQ947838) of this species seem unusually variable, so they were not included in our phylogenetic analyses.
