Notes:— Based on the phylogenetic and morphological evidence of the following collections: HKAS124380 (holotype, from China, sequence data available from OP339899 (ITS) & OP339901 (nrLSU), referred to Yang et al. (2023)), HKAS124381 (from China, sequence data available from OP339900 (ITS) & OP339902 (nrLSU), referred to Yang et al. (2023)) & HTBM0913 (from China, sequence data available from PQ321884 (ITS), PQ319810 (nrLSU) & PQ329241 (tef-1α), by this study). This species is very similar to Macropsalliota dextrinoidespora . Further studies are required to clarify the relationship between them.
