Distribution: Tropics, subtropics. • Hypochthonius rufulus Koch, 1835 . Localities: 15 (3 ex.), 25 (4 ex.), 26 (1 ex.), 34 (1 ex.), 47 (1 ex.), 61 (1 ex.). Distribution: Semicosmopolitan. New record of the genus and species in Taiwan.
