Distribution: India; Brunei; China ( Hong Kong); Indonesia (Java) Japan; Malaysia; Nepal; New Guinea; Philippine Islands; Sabah; Seram; Sri Lanka ( Koçak & Kemal 2012); Sulawesi; Sumatra; Taiwan; Thailand ( Diakonoff 1951, Robinson et al. 1994).
Host: Robinson et al. (1994) report “white jade orchid tree,” which probably refers to the hybrid Magnolia x alba (Magnoliaceae) .
