Trichomyia quimbaya Bejarano, Pérez-Doria & Sierra
Trichomyia quimbaya Bejarano, Pérez-Doria & Sierra, 2009: 98 –100, figs. 1–5.
Comments. Males of Trichomyia quimbaya are recognized by the presence of gonocoxites with two digitiform extensions posteriorly, each with one apical, spiniform bristle and a subretangular aedeagus with two expanded tips. Gonostylus subtriangular in dorsal view. Ejaculatory apodeme long, 1.8 times the length of gonocoxite. Type specimens were not examined; however, the description and figures of Bejarano et al. (2009b) allowed for the identification of our specimens.
