Measurements. BL 16, HW 3, PL 2.5, PW 3, FWL 13.62, HWL 3, HLL 11

Diagnosis. Lateral ocelli shaped as long ovate and median ocellus rounded. Harp veins five. CuA1 vein armed with three branches. Apical field shortened. Metanotal gland somewhat rectangular shaped. Its basal margin straight, lateral margin convex medially, and apical margin sinuated, convex in middle. Keels U-shaped and located apical medially. Elongate setae distributed in the middle of gland and the area with setae almost rounded. Anal plate widens at base, slightly concave laterally and rectangular distally. Media, light and hairless region longer than width, oval-shape with notch apically and remainder portion rough and pubescent. Epiphallus upper process almost erect and at right angle with dorsum of epiphallus. Upper apical lobes widened, distally subacute in profile, and slightly concave in middle of its distal margin (distal margin roundly bending into bottom edge). In profile, hind lateral lobes widen and with notch between the lobes of upper apical and hind lateral symmetrically arched and somewhat narrow. In caudal view, upper apical lobes subacute, lower median notch widens and lower apical lobes small and narrow.
