Diagnosis. Body length 2.0 mm, fore wing length 2.5 mm. Body black, hind femur bright yellow. Ocelli small, posterior tangent to anterior ocellus touching posterior ocelli, distance between fore and hind ocellus slightly longer than diameter of hind ocellus. Antenna slightly longer than body length, penultimate flagellomere 2.0× longer than wide. Interspaces between punctures on disc of mesonotum slightly smaller than its diameter. Areola on propodeum poorly-defined, without costulae, posterio-lateral parts with some carinae. Pterostigma 3.3× as long as its widest part, vein 1-R1 1.5× longer than pterostigma, vein r as long as vein 2-SR, weakly angled at junction. T1 strongly constricted from base towards apex, 3.0× longer than hind width, turned-over part slightly shiny, with fine wrinkles laterally, longitudinal channel indistinct with strong rugosity; T2 shiny, 5.0× wider than long in the middle; T3 2.2× longer than T2. Ovipositor sheath 1.2× longer than hind tibia.
Host. According to literature, Ficus is the host plant ( Nixon, 1965).

Remarks. Characters of the examined specimens mostly agree with the published descriptions and type specimen except pterostigma a little yellowish ( Fig. 63b View FIGURE 63 ).
