Diagnosis. Body length 2.0 mm, fore wing length 2.7 mm. Body black, hind femur blackish. Ocelli small, posterior tangent to anterior ocellus just touching posterior ocelli, distance between fore and hind ocellus about as long as diameter of hind ocellus. Antenna longer than body length, penultimate flagellomere 1.6× longer than wide. Interspaces between punctures on disc of mesonotum slightly shorter than its diameter. Areola on propodeum V-shaped apically, with poorly defined costulae, posterio-lateral parts unsculptured. Pterostigma 3.0× as long as its widest part, vein 1-R1 1.2× longer than pterostigma, vein r 1.4× longer than vein 2-SR, distinctly angled at junction. T1 slightly constricted towards apex, 2.3× longer than hind width, turned-over part slightly shiny, weakly rugose, longitudinal channel distinct; T2 shiny and polished, 3.8× wider than long in the middle; T3 2.0× longer than T2. Ovipositor sheath 0.9 length of hind tibia.
