Apanteles bisulcata Cameron, 1909: 42 . Holotype ♀ (examined)— Sri Lanka [NHM, Figs 104c View FIGURE 104 1 –c View FIGURE 1 2 View FIGURE 2 ]. Wilkinson, 1928: 122; Rao, 1961: 39; Chou, 1979: 304; You, 1983: 18–20; Chen & Song, 2004: 30.

Diagnosis. Body length 2.0 mm, fore wing length 2.6 mm. Body black, hind femur brownish to black. Ocelli small, posterior tangent to anterior ocellus transecting posterior ocelli, distance between fore and hind ocellus slightly shorter than diameter of hind ocellus. Antenna slightly shorter than body length, penultimate flagellomere 1.6× longer than wide. Striate-punctation at posterior end of notaulic courses rather indistinct; interspaces between punctures on disc of mesonotum slightly larger than its diameter. Areola on propodeum poorly defined, U-shaped apically, without costulae, posterio-lateral parts uneven. Pterostigma 2.9× as long as its widest part, vein 1-R1 1.1× longer than pterostigma, vein r slightly longer than vein 2-SR, angled at junction. T1 nearly parallel-sided, 1.4× longer than hind width, turned-over part slightly shiny, weakly rugose-punctate, longitudinal channel broad, shallow; T2 shiny, rough with weak wrinkles, 4.3× wider than long in the middle, strongly curved into T3 apically; T3 2.1× longer than T2. Ovipositor sheath 0.8 length of hind tibia.

Hosts. According to literature, Glyphodes pulverulentalis Hampson , Ochyrotica concurs (Wlsm) and Pterophorus niveodactylus (Pgst.) . Cocoon is black and solitary ( Chou, 1979).

Material examined. 1♀, Mt. Xiaowutai (Yangjiaping), Zhang Jiakou , Hebei, 2005.VIII.20, Zhang Hongying, No. 200611846 .
