Diagnosis. Body length 2.8 mm, fore wing length 3.4 mm. Body black, hind femur bright yellow. Ocelli very large, posterior tangent to anterior ocellus transecting posterior ocelli, distance between fore and hind ocellus distinctly shorter than diameter of hind ocellus. Antenna slightly shorter than body length, penultimate flagellomere 1.3× longer than wide. Interspaces between punctures on disc of mesonotum slightly shorter than its diameter. Areola on propodeum strongly defined, V-shaped apically, closed with strong costulae. Pterostigma 2.6× as long as its widest part, vein 1-R1 1.3× longer than pterostigma, vein r 2.5× longer than vein 2-SR, weakly angled at junction. T1 constricted towards apex, wedge-shaped, 3.8× longer than hind width, turned-over part dull, strongly rugose-punctate, longitudinal channel long; T2 shiny and polished, 3.8× wider than long in the middle sulcus between, T2 and T3 indistinct; T3 2.0× longer than T2. Ovipositor sheath 1.2× longer than hind tibia.

Remarks. Characters of the examined specimens mostly agree with the published descriptions except hind femur brownish.
