Diagnosis. Hind tibia yellow like hind femur but tipped with infuscation; face somewhat dull, rather strongly and irregularly punctate; mesoscutum dull, with an even, coarse punctation, almost rugose-punctation that leaves the course of notaulices not distinct; propodeum less sharply areolated; anterior dorsal areas dull, rugose and pubescent; pterostigma narrower, r longer than 2-SR; mesopleuron with extensive, dull and discrete punctation; inner spur of hind tibia longer and stronger; hind wing broad; T1 quite strongly narrowed towards apex.

Remarks. Characters of the examined specimens agree with the published descriptions and the type specimen, except for the face and propodeum not that rugose.
