Host plant. Indocalamus migoi View in CoL .
Biology. Living singly or in a small group on the stem beneath leaf sheaths.
Material examined: 4ƤƤ, ANHUI: Mt. Jiuhuashan, on Indocalamus migoi , 20 May 1993, Coll. Shi-jun Wu; 2ƤƤ, ANHUI: Mt. Jiuhuashan, on Indocalamus migoi , 16 May 1999, Coll. Shi-jun Wu.
Remarks. Wu (1988) described multilocular pores as being present along the submargin and margin of the head, but we could not find these on any of the specimens examined. However, the specimens seen by us were all mature and it is possible that these pores would be visible on teneral adults.
