Distribution: Canada: AB, MB, NT ( Maw et al. 2000), ON ( Maw et al. 2000, Roch 2020), QC ( Roch 2020). United States: IL, IN, MA, MI, MN, NE, OH.
Comments: Paiero (2019) has recently discussed the known records of this species from North America and has speculated that it might be extirpated from or might even be extinct from large portions of its known range. Further collecting is needed to test this possibility.
