Distribution: United States: AL, AR, FL, GA, LA, MS, MO, NC, OK ( Arnold & Drew 1988), PA, SC, TN, TX, VA. ( Mexico, Central America, South America)

Comments: Simons (1969), in his unpublished thesis, recorded this species from Alabama; the records listed above, however, represent the first known published records for this species from Alabama.
