Material studied. Holotype mal e ( NRM): N.E. BURMA ( MYANMAR), Kambaiti, 7000 ft, 17.iv.1934, R. Malaise. Paratypes ( NRM): Same data as holotype, 2 ɗ; same data but 6800 ft, 7.iv.1934, 1 ɗ; same data but 15.iv.1934, 1 ɗ; same data but 2000 m, 23.iv.1934, 1 ɗ; same data but 2000 m, 28.iv.1934, 4 ɗ; same data but 12.v.1934, 1 ɗ; same data but 2000 m, 14.v.1934, 1 ɗ; same data but 2000 m, 15.v.1934, 1 ɗ; same data but 19.v.1934, 1 ɗ.

Description (male). Head ( Figs. 1 View FIGURE 1 B, 2A). Eye bridge 3–4 facets wide. Setae of prefrons and clypeus not counted due to poor condition of the specimens. Palpomere 1 with 1 seta. Length/width of flagellomere 4 of antenna 2.75. Thorax. Anterior pronotum with 2 setae, setae of episternum 1 not counted due to poor condition of the specimens. Wing. Length 1.8 mm, width/length 0.35, c/ w 0.65, R1/R 0.40. r­m non­setose. Legs ( Fig. 4 View FIGURE 4 A). Length of spur/width of front tibia 1.20. Abdomen. Setae of sternite 8 not counted. Hypopygium ( Fig. 8 View FIGURE 8 C, D). Female: Unknown.

Discussion. Keilbachia mira is quite similar to K. tenuicula . For further discussion, see K. tenuicula .
