Fulgobole gen. nov.

Type species. Fulgobole evansi sp. nov.

Diagnosis. Precostal carina rather wide and nearly horizontal distally; C at most slightly bent near base. Basal cell but slightly narrowed apically, CuA at most slightly bent at apex of basal cell and nearly straight beyond. Radial space before nodal level about as wide as medial space. 1A close to scutellar angle.

Etymology. From generic names Fulgora and Prosbole; gender feminine.
