Diagnosis. This species is recognized by the prodistally expanded tegulum, and by the recurved RTA.
Description. Male described by Platnick & Ewing (1995). Female unknown.
Natural history and habitat. Unknown.
Distribution. Only known from the type locality in Santa Cruz province in Argentina and Última Esperanza province in Chile ( Fig. 95a View FIGURE 95 ).
New records. CHILE: Región XII de Magallanes y de la Antártica Chilena: Provincia de Última Esperanza: Parque Nacional Torres del Paine, Laguna Larga , S 51.025000°, W 72.879167°, elev. 300 m, 7.XII.2000, under rocks in steppe, A. Miller, 1 male ( MNHS 01561 ) GoogleMaps .
