Kyrgyzstan: Issyk-Kul Region—Terskey Ala-Too Mt. Range, Karakol town [Kg3], “Aksu-Thal” [Kg4], near Issik-Kul Lake [Kg27*], Osh Region —Kichik-Alai Mts [Kg23], Alai Mt. Habitat records. Dry stony shiblyak shrubland with rocks on 970–1200; wet stony shiblyak shrubland with rocks on 1200–1850 m; stony meadow with rocks on 1250–1540 m; stony river bank with part of stony steppe on 1250 m; forest on 1180 and 1870 m; Pícea forests on 1870 and 2680 m; Picea schrenkiana woodland with grassy meadows on 2300–2500 m; sparse Juniperus woodland on 2400 m; Juniperus stand on 2400–2850 m; mountain steppe with rocks and Juniperius on 2300–2500 m; mountain steppe; under stones by river bank on 2400 m ( Eason 1997; Dyachkov 2017a, 2019, 2020); ca. 3330 m ( Trotzina 1894); “eurybiontic, dwells in a litter of forests, as well as deep in the soil (to 60 cm) on agricultural soils” ( Zalesskaja 1978).
Remarks. Also known from China (Karakorum) ( Eason 1997; Ma et al. 2014) and E Nepal ( Eason 1989, 1997). The record from Caucasus ( Georgia; as Lithobius devertens ) ( Attems 1907: 6) is doubtful ( Zalesskaja 1978: 144).
