Description. MALE. Length 3.6 mm. Head and mesosoma almost black, metasoma dark castaneous. Wings subhyaline. Clypeus with median lobe slightly concave, apical margin thick in frontal view, medially with wide trapezoidal polished area; median carina absent. Frons strongly coriaceous, punctures little distinguishable from texture surface. Vertex almost straight. Notaulus present on anterior third of mesoscutum. Propodeal disc rugose. Hypopygium ( Fig. 14 View FIGURES 10 – 22 ) with posterior margin with deep and narrow median emargination. Genitalia ( Figs 36–41 View FIGURES 29 – 41 ).

Basal parameral expansion sinuous and sharpened. Basivolsella with large serrate spine-shaped basal expansion, conical in lateral view, apicad. Aedeagal ventral ramus very short, laminar, surface subhorizontal, subrectangular in lateral view. Aedeagal dorsal body with three pairs of apical lobes, outer pair laminar, surface vertical, apex somewhat blunt; ventral pair laminar, surface subhorizontal, apex blunt with spine-shaped inner corner; inner pair stout, membranous, hairy.

FEMALE unknown.

Material examined. Holotype ♂, BR. CAMEROONS, Cameroons Mt; Buea Slope, V.13 -17.49, B. Malkin, Elevation 4500-6000 ft. ( CASC).

Etymology. This species is named after Brian Fisher, for his contribution on the studies of ants, especially from Madagascar.
