Description. Adult male: Color in alcohol entirely fuscous except legs fulvous. Body uniformly covered with sparse fulvous pubescence. Length of each forewing 8–9 mm.
Male genitalia ( Figs. 5–6 View FIGURES 5 – 10 ). Sternites VII and VIII without ventral processes. Segment IX reduced to narrow sclerotized band dorsally, anterolateral margins slightly convex, dorsal aspect projecting and posterolateral margins each with small concavity near base. Inferior appendages 2-segmented, elongate, with basal segment longer and slightly wider than apical segment, apical segment broad at base, narrow and rounded toward apex. Segment X forming nearly triangular hood, apicomesally cleft about 1/4th of its median length, forming 2 digitate lobes, its lateral margins sclerotized and central area membranous. Preanal appendages laterally compressed, their upper margins strongly convex, in dorsal view foliaceous, almost equal in length to segment X and divergent. Retracted phallus sac-like, with single spine.
Distribution. India: Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, and Uttarakhand. Myanmar: Kambaiti.
