Description

Antennae of male bipectinate with short rami, tip without rami; serrate in female. Frons green, slightly rough-scaled. Labial palpus brown, both male and female with the third segment very short, and only tip extending beyond frons. Vertex with upper half white and basal half green. Thorax with dorsal side green. Abdomen with dorsal side green. Hind tibia in male not dilated, without hair-pencil and terminal extension. Base of ansa lacking setae.

Wing pattern. Length of forewing „ ♀ 22–23.5 mm. Fairly uniform green, with white markings. Forewing with costa narrowly dark brown, mixed with a little greyish white; antemedial line indistinct; postmedial line white, dentate, narrow, and sometimes broken, forming a white patch between CuA 2 and vein A; whitish submarginal line quite faint, broken. Hindwing with similar lines as forewing. Both fore- and hindwings with discal spots a little darker than wing colour. Underside: both fore- and hindwings much paler than upperside; faint whitish postmedial and submarginal lines indistinctly visible. Outer margin of wings slightly crenellate; hindwing with a very short tail on M 3; fringes with basal half brown and outer part a little paler between veins.

Male genitalia ( Figures 2Q View Figure 2 , 3Q View Figure 3 ). Uncus obsolete. Socii developed, sclerotized, tapered and hook-like. Gnathos membranous, without median process. Valva sclerotized, narrow basally and expanded subapically, blunt at apex; with a narrow, short, membranous band near base. Transtilla a pair of processes. Juxta membranous. Saccus protruding and rounded. Coremata absent. Aedeagus stout, posterior half sclerotized, wrinkled, with three tiny processes beyond posterior half.

Sternite 3 without setal patches. Segment 8 ( Figure 5Q View Figure 5 ) sclerotized posteriorly, tergite with a pair of small, blunt spinulose processes laterally; sternite folded inwards, densely spinose.

Female genitalia ( Figure 4P View Figure 4 ). Apophyses anteriores very short. Area around ostium strongly sclerotized; lamella postvaginalis an irregular large sclerite, with a pair of lateral processes, dentate on margin. Ductus bursae short, sclerotized and wrinkled, without distinct antrum. Corpus bursae large, sclerotized and wrinkled posteriorly; signum located at middle of corpus bursae, nearly rounded, bearing a tiny process.
