1 Ovipositor slender, ventral valve apex with two basal teeth widely spaced; width of transverse furrow at base of propodeum, measured centrally, 1.00 width of basal area of propodeum ( Figs. 18, 19 ); para­ocular white stripe complete, encircling eye fully ( Fig. 8 )........................................................................................................................... 2
