Host/Habitat. Salix sp.(willow) bark.

Distribution. Datong ( Bai & Ma 2013); Linyi ( Bai & Ma 2014).

Remarks. The publishing year of the species was incorrectly recorded as 1888 by Bai & Ma (2013). The authority and the publishing year were incorrectly recorded as Berlesr and 1888 ( Bai & Ma 2014).
