Record as epibiont on ostracods: This species was reported as epibiont on Herpetocypris incongruens (Ramdohr, 1808) from lake Baikal shore near the out flow of the Angara river ( Jankowski 2014). It was also reported on swimming ostracods in a variety of fresh water bodies near Listvenka, Nikola, Bolshaya Rechka and near Irkutsk city ( Jankowski 2014).

Remarks: It is found only as epibiont on fresh water ostracods.
