Specimens examined. 2 males, Shanglin county, 177 m, Nanning, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region , 18– 19.vii.2021, leg. Yanqing Hu & Yong Yu.
Distribution. China (Guangxi, Taiwan), Japan, India, Thailand, Bhutan, Myanmar, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines ( Hampson 1914; László et al. 2010; Sasaki 2011; Kononenko & Pinratana 2013).
Remark. The species is a new record from mainland China.
