Types. Holotype ♂, CHINA, Yunnan, Fugong County, Lumadeng Township, Yaping Village , Yaping yakou, 12 km, rock, bank, bamboo, 27.20658°N, 98.21782°E, alt. 3280– 3100m, 8 May 2004, Heng-mei Yan leg.(20040508) GoogleMaps . Paratypes: 1♀, same data as holotype male (20040508) GoogleMaps ; 1♀, Fugong County, Lishadi Township , Yakou of Shibali, 27.21234ºN, 98.69601ºE, 3615m, 5, 7 August 2005, Guo Tang leg. Etymology. This epithet derives from the type locality.
Diagnosis. The new species can be distinguished from all other congeners by the paracymbium U-shaped ( Fig. 282B View FIGURE 282 ); parmula anteriorly connected with ventral plate and not extending to the posterior margin of epigyne, spermathecae globular ( Fig. 283C View FIGURE 283 ).
Description. Male (holotype, Fig. 284A, B View FIGURE 284 ): Total length: 2.51. Carapace 1.08 long, 0.84 wide; cephalic region slightly elevated, brown; fovea, cervical and radial grooves distinct. Clypeus 0.24 high. Sternum longer than wide, brown,, sparsely covered with microsetae. Labium wider than long. Maxillae long, distal end broad with scopulae. Chelicerae with four promarginal and four retromarginal teeth. Eyes: AER recurved, PER straight, slightly wider than AER. Eye sizes and interdistances: AME 0.08, ALE 0.08, PME 0.07, PLE 0.06, AME–AME 0.03, PME–PME 0.05, AME–ALE, 0.06, PME–PLE 0.07 AME–PME 0.06, ALE–ALE 0.40, PLE–PLE 0.42, ALE–PLE contiguous. Length of legs: I 4.93 (1.35, 1.56, 1.28, 0.74), II 4.32 (1.24, 1.37, 1.01, 0.7), III 2.8 (0.84, 0.81, 0.71, 0.44), IV 3.74 (1.08, 1.14, 0.97, 0.55). Leg formula I-II-IV-III. Tm I 0.51 and Tm IV 0.36. Tibial spine formula: 2-2-2-2. Abdomen 1.43 long, 0.86 wide, oval, grayish brown, proximal end with white patches on each side followed by longitudinal and transverse black bands; ventral side brown.
Palp ( Fig. 282A–D View FIGURE 282 ): Patella shorter than tibia; tibia with two retrolateral and one dorsal trichobothria; with long spines on all surfaces; paracymbium sclerotized, Ushaped; tegulum sclerotized, excavated ventrally; distal suprategular apophysis longer than wide, dorsal tip hookshaped. Lamella characteristca with well developed four apophyses; lateral projection longer than wide, curved, protruding upward; the anterior projection somewhat triangular with pointed end in prolateral view; dorsal projection short, slightly curved, the posterior projection relatively long with blunt end. Embolic membrane broad, extending forward. Embolus sclerotized, curved, extending forward.
Female (one of paratypes, Fig. 284C, D View FIGURE 284 ): Total length: 2.43. Carapace 0.97 long, 0.81 wide; cephalic region slightly elevated yellowish brown; fovea, cervical and radial grooves distinct. Clypeus 0.17 high. Sternum longer than wide, brown,, sparsely covered with microsetae. Labium wider than long. Maxillae long, distal end broad with scopulae. Chelicerae with three promarginal and four retromarginal teeth. Eyes: AER recurved, PER straight, slightly wider than AER. Eye sizes and interdistances: AME 0.06, ALE 0.08, PME 0.06, PLE 0.07, AME–AME 0.06, PME–PME 0.06, AME–ALE, 0.05, PME–PLE 0.07, AME–PME 0.06, ALE–ALE 0.36, PLE–PLE 0.38, ALE–PLE contiguous. Length of legs: I 3.94 (1.12, 1.27, 0.91, 0.64), II 3.63 (1.07, 1.12, 0.87, 0.57), III 2.32 (0.69, 0.69, 0.54, 0.40), IV 3.16 (0.96, 1, 0.74, 0.46). Leg formula I-II-IV-III. Tm I 0.36 and Tm IV 0.21. Tibial spine formula: 2-2-2-2. Abdomen 1.45 long, 0.95 wide, the other characteristics same as in male.
Epigyne ( Fig. 283A–C View FIGURE 283 ): Posteriorly with two openings of entrance grooves separated by median septum, margins curved and sclerotized. Parmula longer than wide, with a socket ventrally, anteriorly connected with ventral plate and not extending above the posterior margin of epigyne. Vulva wider than long, entrance grooves started from ventral wall, with one and half coils, turning points and spermathecae present dorso-mesally on apices; spermathecae globular slightly touches each other; fertilization ducts long, present dorso-laterally, extending mesally.
Distribution. Known only from the type locality ( Fig. 286 View FIGURE 286 ).
