Notes. – Jussieu’ s (1832) Mémoire, perhaps in manuscript or conceivably a “preprint” of that article, is recorded as being received by the Académie, according to a report published by Georges Cuvier (1831) and printed some time after 31 October 1831. There are copies of a separate with its own pagination (152 pp.) at K, M and NY with a concluding “Note Additionelle” (pp. 151–152; pp. 303–304), citing literature published at least as late as December 1830, but none has any indication of publication earlier than that in the journal (see Mabberley, 1982).

The heterotypic synonyms (see Mabberley, 1995b) include other of Blume’ s (1825) names, first validated as above.
