Type material examined. Holotype (T-88-182, Tdt-2565) larva from Apodemus sylvaticus (L.), TAJIKISTAN: Sughd Province, Kuraminsky Range, Karamazor gorge, 30 August 1967, coll. N. I. Kudryashova.

Remarks. Described from a single specimen.
