Range: —Endemic to Bolivia (CO, LP).

Ecology: —Locally fairly common; epiphytic in humid forests; 2100–2200 m.

Notes: —The dense scale cover on blades abaxially is reminiscent of E. accedens , but that species has round, pale-edged, appressed petioles scales, and much larger scales along the costae abaxially.
