Material examined: Jemberem (Mato Canamina) (11º 08´28.16´´ N, 15º 03´55.16´´ W, 20 m alt.) ( TOB), 9.VII.2009, 1 male, LT, A. Serrano leg., ASC; Indjassen (P.N. Lagoas da Cufada) (11º 41´35.62´´ N, 15º 00´03.62´´ W, 23 m alt.) ( QUN), 16.VII.2009, 1 male, 1 female, LT, A. Serrano leg., ASC.

Remarks. The species has a restricted known distribution throughout northwestern Africa ( Serrano 2009a; Lorenz 2021). It was described from the old “ Guinea portugaise” by LaFerté-Sénectère (1849) under the name of S. corrusca . Later Brivio (1957) and Serrano (2009a) reported the species for some localities in Guinea-Bissau. The adult specimens were captured by LT within semi-humid forests ( Table 1 View TABLE 1 ). It is a new species record for QUN Administrative Region, Guinea-Bissau.
