Remarks. The species is widely distributed throughout western, central, southern, and eastern Africa ( Lorenz 2021). It was described originally from France based on specimens captured in the port of Marseille ( Mulsant & Godart 1867). The adult specimens were captured by LT within semi-humid forests in the beginning of the rainy season and it is a new genus/species record for Guinea-Bissau ( Table 1 View TABLE 1 ).
