Type species. Paradecolya inexpectata (Chopard, 1957) .

Distribution. Indian Ocean, Mascarene archipelago, Mauritius and Réunion. Description. See Jin & Kevan, 1992: 33. Only modification to this genus definition: male epiproct fused or not with last tergum.

Three species are included in this genus: P. inexpectata (Chopard, 1957) , P. expectata n. sp. and P. briseferi n. sp.
