The annulignatha - group
Diagnostic characters. Moths of the annulignatha- group share a dark broad lanceolate forewing with two small, ill-defined yellow costal spots, and sometimes a larger yellow dorsal spot. Forewing length running from 8.5 to 9.0 mm, length approximately 3.1‾3.5 times of the maximum width. In male genitalia, uncus bifurcate apically; gnathos circular, with a distinct anteromedian plate in some species; costa with a large process near base; sacculus separated from the valva entirely or only distally, often produced to one or two processes distally. In female genitalia, ductus bursae partly sclerotized, or membranous with granules; signum usually absent.
The annulignatha- group is one of the smallest groups, including one described species from China, M. bifoliolata (Wang, 2006) (in Wang 2006a) , and four new species described herein.
