Diagnosis: Differing from rondoni in color (posterior edge of metaterga with a yellow stripe), texture of prozona (longitudinally striated), posterior corner of paranota (not produced anterior to the 10 th segment), and presence of pleurosternal carinae (visible back to 10 th segment). Differences in gonopod structure most evident in longer prefemoral process and reduced size of the groove-bearing lobe of acropodite ( Figs. 24-25 vs. 26-27).
