Agat , June 27, Swezey; Piti , Aug. 7, Oct. 27, Nov. 3, at light, Swezey.

This moth is widely distributed in Africa, India, China, Japan, Formosa, Philippines, Java. Now recorded for the first titrte in Guam. Our five specimens were mostly taken at light, so we learned nothing of its habits.
