Distribution in India: Kolkata, Bombay, Pune, Nilgiris ( Strand 1920). Elsewhere: Bhutan, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Borneo ( Strand 1920).
Host Plant: Rosaceae ( Rubus ) ( Hampson 1900).
Remarks: Holloway (2003) referred the species as occurring in Borneo only.
