PHILIPPINE DISTRIBUTION ( Map 7A [p. 118]).— Basilan, Biliran, Bohol, Camiguin Sur, Dinagat, Leyte (Prov.: Leyte, Southern Leyte), Mindanao (Prov.: Agusan del Norte, Agusan del Sur, Bukidnon, Cotabato, Davao City, Lanao del Norte, Lanao del Sur, Misamis Occidental, Misimas Oriental, Sarangani, South Cotabato, Surigao del Sur, Zamboanga del Norte, Zamboanga City).
