Ochraceous brown. Vertex with a reddish brown median stripe ( Fig. 1E View FIGURE 1 ). Pronotum pale with irregular brown spots. Scutellum at anterior margin with dark brown lateral band. Face yellowish brown, clypeus and anteclypeus with dark brown spots, antenna with dark brown elongated spot at base ( Fig. 1F View FIGURE 1 ).
Vertex slightly more than 1.5x wider than its median length, medially 1.2x longer than median length of pronotum. Pronotum nearly 2.5x wider than longer; hind femoral spinulation 2+0. Forewings slightly short, nearly 2.2x longer than wider; hind wings reduced.
Male genitalia. Pygofer side with posterior half concave on dorsal margin, posterior margin convex, ventral margin slightly inclined ( Fig. 4A View FIGURE 4 ). Valve triangular, nearly 2x as broad as median length ( Fig. 4B View FIGURE 4 ). Subgenital plates with inner margin shorter in length than width at base ( Fig. 4B View FIGURE 4 ). Style with preapical lobe short, apophysis digitate, gradually narrowed towards apex with basal tooth followed by 3–4 small teeth on ventral margin ( Figs. 4B View FIGURE 4 , 5B View FIGURE 5 ). Connective Y-shaped with stem shorter than arms ( Fig. 4B View FIGURE 4 ). Aedeagal shaft with few small teeth on laterodorsal margin ( Fig. 4E View FIGURE 4 ), lateroapical spines short, slightly close together, with three hair-like small setae on apical lobe ( Fig. 4C–D View FIGURE 4 ), gonopore subapical on dorsal surface.
