Distribution: Ghinda, Harkeko.

Megachile patellimana is known from the Afrotropical (e.g. Sudan) and Palaearctic regions. The record from Eritrea (or Ethiopia) is not mentioned in EARDLEY & URBAN (2010: 317), although FRIESE (1915) is cited.
