Diagnosis. Species characterized by its white hind tarsus and the pronotum bearing two strong lateral apophyses, obviously visible in frontal view.

Comments. The collected specimens could not be related to any known species, but Netelia with about 100 species reported within the studied area, needs a comprehensive regional revision before describing new species.
