One ♀ syntype with labels: “ Elimaea verrucosa Br. ” [handwritten on yellow paper]; “ TYPE BRUNN ” [printed on a strip of white paper]; “ Syntypus ” [printed on red paper]. Specimen set with wings folded; both antennae, the left front and middle legs, the last tarsal segment of the right middle leg and most of the tibia and the tarsi of the right hind leg are missing. The left hind leg is detached and pinned through the femur on a separate pin; the tibia shows insect feeding damage, and the tarsi are lost.
