Celebesia ferruginata ( Brunner von Wattenwyl, 1898)
Traulia ferruginata Brunner von Wattenwyl, 1898: 249 (holotype – male: ‘ Celebes septentrionalis’; in Natural History Museum, Vienna); Kirby, 1910: 475; Bolívar, 1917: 627; Willemse, 1921: 28; Willemse, 1931: 264, figs. 111, 112; Willemse, 1935: 141.
Celebesia ferruginata: Ramme, 1941: 201 , Pl. 12, fig. 6a; Willemse, 1957: 418; Monk & Butlin, 1990: 33; Otte, 1995: 290.
Measurements. Male: body 18–21; pronotum 5; tegmen 15; hind femur 12–12.5 mm.
Distribution. Indonesia: north part of Sulawesi (Tolitoli) ( Willemse, 1957).
Notes. Brunner von Wattenwyl (1898) described Traulia ferruginata on the base of one male from the north part of Sulawesi (without definite locality) and one female from Borneo ( Kina Balu ). This female is not conspecific with male and probably belongs to Traulia bimaculata Willemse, 1932 ; therefore the female of Celebesia ferruginata is unknown until now ( Willemse, 1957).
