South Africa, Western Cape Province: one male, Wolwekloof River , alt. 285 m a.s.l., 33 ° 34.115 9 S, 19 ° 08.255 9 E, 3 November 2004 ; one female, Rondgat River at Bos Herberge, Cederberg Wilderness Area , alt. 665 m a.s.l., 32 ° 24.044 9 S, 19 ° 05.264 9 E, 2 November 2004 .

Remarks

Previously only known from a number of streams between George and Knysna, Western Cape Province .

Genus Tetrabates Thor, 1922

The genus Tetrabates has previously not been recorded from southern Africa.
