Type material. Holotype: male ( IZCAS), Tudi Cave [26°00´N, 110°03´E], Tanjia Village , Quanzhou County, Guilin, Guangxi, China, 10 July 2009, C. Wang & Z. Yao leg. GoogleMaps Paratypes: 12 males and 15 females, same data as holotype GoogleMaps .

Etymology. The specific name is from Latin words, “par” and “longus”, meaning “equal” and “long”, and refers to the two coelongate spines on the retrolaterally surface of palpal tibia in the male; adjective.

Diagnosis. This new species is similar to L. quinquespinata ( Chen & Zhu, 2008) , but can be distinguished by the presence of six eyes ( Figs 36A, 37A); eight promarginal cheliceral teeth, the distal three wider spaced and eight small retromarginal teeth ( Fig. 39C); the horn-shaped, podgy spine on the earlobe-shaped process of palpal tarsus ( Figs 36D, 38B); the ligulate-shaped median apophysis in the male ( Figs 36B, 39D); and the presence of slender hairs on the anterior margin of atrium in the female ( Figs 37C, 39B).

Description. Male (holotype): total length 2.62 ( Fig. 36A). Prosoma 1.15 long, 1.00 wide. Opisthosoma 1.45 long, 1.20 wide. Sternum 0.60 long, 0.60 wide. Prosoma dark yellow, appendages slightly darker, with a pair of setae retrolateral of PLE. Median groove needle-shaped, pale brown. Cervical grooves and radial furrow distinct, pale brown. Eyes six, eye measurements: ALE 0.08, PLE 0.07, PME 0.05; ALE-PME 0.25, PLE-PLE 0.07, PLE- PME 0.10; AER 0.16, PER 0.22. Clypeus 0.15 high, slightly sloped anteriorly. Chelicera ( Fig. 39C) brown, with eight promarginal teeth, the distal three wider spaced and eight small retromarginal teeth. Endites, labium brown. Sternum and legs yellow. Leg measurements: I 10.89 (2.92, 0.37, 3.60, 2.64, 1.36); II 9.33 (2.63, 0.37, 2.66, 2.26, 1.41); III 7.66 (2.24, 0.35, 2.10, 1.87, 1.10); IV 9.55 (2.63, 0.37, 2.71, 2.42, 1.42). Leg formula: I-IV-II-III. Femur II with one long spine ventrally (position 0.1). Tibia I II IV with one long spine dorsally (0.3), tibia I with one long spine dorsally (0.6), tibia IV with one long spine dorsally (0.5). Male palp ( Figs 36C–D, 38A–B): tibia with three trichobothria dorsally, three long setae prolaterally and six spines retrolaterally, the second and third equal length; middle part of tarsus with an earlobe-shaped process, which decorated with a horn-shaped, podgy spine; tarsus with a long, curved spine at the base of the small earlobe-shaped process and five long spines distally. Tip of the bulb ( Figs 36B, 39D): median apophysis ligulate-shaped, conductor lamellar, embolus nearly triangular.

Female (one of the paratypes): similar to male in coloration and general features, but with a smaller body size and shorter legs. Total length 2.60 ( Figs 37A–B). Prosoma 1.12 long, 1.00 wide. Opisthosoma 1.55 long, 1.30 wide. Sternum 0.65 long, 0.65 wide. Clypeus 0.16 high. Eye measurements: ALE 0.08, PLE 0.07, PME 0.05; ALE- PME 0.24, PLE-PLE 0.07, PLE-PME 0.08; AER 0.16, PER 0.21. Leg measurements: I 10.13 (2.70, 0.37, 3.05, 2.26, 1.75); II 7.89 (2.35, 0.37, 2.15, 1.87, 1.15); III 7.07 (2.00, 0.35, 1.90, 1.70, 1.12); IV 8.87 (2.50, 0.37, 2.50, 2.20, 1.30). Internal genitalia ( Figs 37C, 39B) with a pair of spermathecae and sperm ducts; atrium nearly quadrate, anterior margin of atrium decorated with slender hairs.

Variation. Total length: males 2.54–2.67 (n = 13), females 2.51–2.62 (n = 15).
